After a week in the hospital with my 5 year old, I am excited to get back to our regular routine. We have eaten more processed food the last couple of weeks than I am willing to admit.
Here’s what we are planning for dinner:
Monday – Coconut, Curry, Chicken and Rice Soup Recipe
Tuesday – Jamaican-style Black Bean and Coconut Cornbread Bake
Wednesday – Rotisserie Chicken in the CrockPot
Thursday – Pancakes, Bacon and Fruit
Friday – Coconut Chicken with Apricot Sauce
Saturday – Spaghetti
Sunday – Leftover Buffet
