Have you seen that So Delicious has a new egg-free nog flavoured coconut milk ? I had the crazy idea that it would make awesome french toast. Boy, was I right!
Eggnog French Toast
Ingredients:
- 6-8 slices of Allergy-friendly Bread
- 2/3 cup So Delicious Nog Flavoured Coconut Milk
- Cinnamon to taste
- Coconut Oil
Directions:
- In a medium size bowl, combine coconut milk and cinnamon.
- Submerge bread, one slice at a time, in coconut milk.
- Melt coconut oil in a cast iron pan on medium low heat.
- Fry bread until golden brown on both sides, flipping as needed.
- Serve with real maple syrup.
