Here’s what we are planning for dinner:
Monday – Rotisserie Chicken in the CrockPot, Nancy’s Green Beans and Sausage
Tuesday – Sloppy Joes, Honey Carrots
Wednesday – Chicken Fajitas
Thursday – Zucchini and Beef Skillet
Friday – Something on the grill
Saturday – Spaghetti
Sunday – We have a potluck dinner at Bible study. I’ll take whatever else the host requests.

You have a number of recipes on here that look great! Honey carrots… do you add cinnamon too, or just honey to the cooked carrots? And, what’s in the zucchini/beef skillet…that sounds like a winner too.

Your menu looks great. My oldest son is allergic to milk and we have had to change how we eat! I am always on the lookout for new recipes that I can adapt to our diet.
I am so glad you found us. All of our recipes are dairy free as well as wheat, egg, soy, fish, shellfish, peanut and tree nut free.
I am also interested in the zucchini beef skillet recipe. Sounds yummy! I have some cubed grass fed beef I need to use up and that may be a great way 🙂
