A few things to remember when linking up:

  • Recipes/articles do not have to be completely allergen free, just allergen free in some way.  It would be helpful if you could note what your recipe is free of in the title.  For example: Italian Sausage and Summer Squash Skillet (top 8 free)
  • Please link back to this party.  You can grab the badge in the bottom of the right sidebar if you wish.  Remember, your link will show up on all 7 blogs!

Thank you for the feature! 🙂 Just so anyone knows that is reading this: the mug cake is NOT gluten-free, HOWEVER I have been experimenting with gluten-free flour, and it looks like you can sub that with success but you might have to reduce the amount of oil by 1/2. People have subbed GF baking mix with success, too. 🙂 (When I get the GF recipe down, I will post it on my blog and link it up here, so don’t worry. 🙂 )

This week, I linked up my recipe for Sweet and Simple Homemade Lemonade (Soy, Wheat, Nut, Fish, Milk and Egg-Free, Can Be Diabetic Friendly). Perfect for the warm weather to come! 🙂

Thanks for hosting, and I hope you have an amazing week!

  3. If it’s only just a little tiny bit of “bad,” then does it really matter? Why should someone else be allowed to make that decision for us? I shared a Q&A style post on why we should care about what’s in our food, regardless if the bad stuff is labeled as “dietarily insignificant” by the FDA. Thanks for hosting!!
