Avocados, honey and cocoa? It’s another one of those things like beans in pancakes that sounds disgusting but, trust me, it works! No, it doesn’t taste the same as that box stuff, but I promise it’s good! I don’t need to tell you how avocados are good for you.
Chocolate {Avocado} Pudding
Makes 2 small cups
Ingredients:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Milk Alternative (we use rice milk or coconut milk)
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
- Blend in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into individual cups and refrigerate for 1 hour.
